How to work with a coach?

Firstly, you will  sit down with your life coach or health coach on the phone or in person. The sessions will run from 15 minutes to an hour. During that time, you 're going to talk what you'd like to achieve.


Via the questions that your coach poses, together you will describe your goals and the obstacles that could stand in your way. Then you'll detail the steps you need to take to reach those goals.
